Semiramide was composed by Gioacchino Rossini in 1822 and it received its premiere in Venice in February 1823. Familiar with flute (and piccolo players) for the many oft-requested excerpts, this arrangement for flute orchestra is unabridged, and everybody has a piece of the action.

  • 6 C Flutes (Flute 2 doubles on Piccolo)
  • 2 Alto Flutes
  • 2 Bass Flutes
  • Contrabass Flute
