A message from the owner: "An early Brögger Mekanik flute, this flute was the third platinum flute ever made by the company, and originally finished by Alan Williams and lovingly maintained by Brannen employees Clifford Tretick and Paul Harrington. After going out on trial to Thomas Nyfenger, it was introduced to the original owner by Clifford Tretick on the occasion of a Brannen Brothers Masterclass given by Robert Willoughby in the spring of 1988. It was love at first sight. Within three months of playing this flute the happy owner won a new Principal Flute position in one of the nations top ten symphony orchestras. This flute has the power to transform your playing and teach you more about making music than your average instrument! With the power of a full harmonic spectrum to project well in a concert hall of any size, and a solid yet silky mechanism, never again will you have any trouble with Tchaikovsky's Piano Concerto No. 1 or Prokofiev's Classical Symphony or Ravel's Daphnis et Chloe.
